연수내용 Teaching English using English Useful tips on course and classroom organization curriculum design, textbook adaptation, and lesson planning Visits to local schools Opportunities to talk to ALI teachers and native speakers Useful activities to take back and implement immediately Techniques for using textbooks from participants' native countries Helpful resource materials to assist students upon returning to classrooms Insights for increasing the motivation level in the classroom	프로그램 하이라이트 Interactive Cultural Diversity Panel 전문 강사가 주도하는 영어 수업 참관 SDSU 부설 어학원(ALI) 교사들에 의한 지속적인 멘토링
참여대상 1년 이상의 경험을 가진 영어 교사/강사가 그룹으로 참여	자격 1년 이상의 교사 경험 영어 중상급 이상
기간 3 주 (1월 및 7월에 개강)
특전 15인 이상 그룹에게는 Group discount 적용 가능
참여고객 본 프로그램은 학교 재단이나 교욱청의 지원을 받는 1년 이상의 경험을 가진 영어 강사나 교사들이 그룹으로 참여함 (개인 참여를 원할 시 별도 문의 요망)
